A borrower's credit score sets the mortgage program qualification and interest rate that they get to choose from. Spending time and money to prepare for a mortgage loan pays you back 10X.
If you are like me, you wish you had professional go-to sources in all different subjects who can just give you all the answers without the trials and errors it takes to learn each subject.
I have been making mortgage loans here in Fresno since 1994. In that time, I have learned the most effective techniques to quickly raise a borrower's FICO scores for the lowest cost. That included many lessons in what NOT to do. Some things waste time and/or money for little to no benefit. I have taken this knowledge and experience to put it into my booklet, "Tips & Tricks to Hack your FICO."

A: I do not offer credit repair. I only offer the information that I have learned and observed over the years in helping my customers boost their own credit scores. Oh yeah, it’s free. I just share what I have learned helping my customers.
A: The booklet offered here is self-help instructions. I do offer my customers a one hour in person consultation to help identify the best steps to take in their specific situation. Click here to go to that offer now.
A: My report is divided into general, 1 to 3 months, and 3 to 6 month techniques. I believe I can get almost anyone into their own home in 3-12 months. That means their credit will be at least the 580 needed for FHA low down but most clients get well above the 620 required by a Conventional loan..
A: The things I have found can usually add 30-50 points within 1-4 months and much more over time. It depends on how bad it is and how much money you have to make deals and if you already have some current good accounts.
A: Mortgage loans require at least 1-7 years past major derogatory events to get a home loan but I have seen people with 700+ FICOs just 12 months after a bankruptcy. The trick is to get it done. Don’t struggle for months and months HOPING things will turn around. If bankruptcy is the answer for your situation, do it and start rebuilding your life again. That’s what BK is for! That is a whole other class however.
